RETURNS


RETURNS OUR POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return; your item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store or purchases from one of our listed retailers. All Isaora sale events and online store discounted products are eligible as store credit of the same value and will not be refunded. All items purchased on online sale events are eligible as store credit of the same value and will not be refunded. All items purchased at sample sale events are not eligible for return or refund. For All returns, the courier charges will be paid by ISAORA. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@isaora.com .  


EXCHANGES OR REPAIR SERVICE

We only replace or repair items if they are purchased from our online store or one of our listed retailers, and the guarantee for defective or damaged products based on material and cratsmanship is up to 3 years from the day of purchase. If the repair is not possible, or the product for exchange is not available, you will be offered store credit at the purchase price of your product. If the issue on the product can be fixed, we will repair and send it back to your address that is provided to us. For All exchanges and repairs, the courier charges will be paid by ISAORA. UPCYCLE & RECYCLE

Lifetime commitment. If customer is not using our product anymore for any reason, customers can send the product/s back to us for upcycling or recycling program. ISOARA will upcycle or recycle the product according to the final state of the product. ISOARA will give customers 15% off on customer’s new orders when they send a product for upcycle or recycle.
