SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to USA, Canada, Europe, UK and Turkey on all orders. Orders shipped within to USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Japan and Turkey are eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. All online orders do not require a signature. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, too. And if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team customerservice@isaora.com . If you have reason to believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact DHL to initiate a lost package investigation. Once the investigation is completed, please contact our customer service team with the resulting report. You can choose to expedite your package for a fee, according to speed of delivery and your order total.



Shipping International

Orders shipped internationally are eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are nonrefundable. For a product refund please mail your item(s) to Isaora International Returns. Isaora will credit your account when it receives the merchandise. You will also receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed.
