RETURN AND REFUND

RETURN

We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of your order's ship date. For returns, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the amount of your order.

 

To facilitate a quick and hassle-free return or exchange process for our products, please follow the steps below:

Return Request: Please email your request specifying the product(s) you wish to return to customerservice@isaora.us.

Return Label: A return label will be created once your request is received. This label is necessary to expedite the return process.

Product Shipping: Your email will contain the return label and a return form. Print these documents, complete the return form, and deliver them to your nearest DHL branch. Please indicate the reason for your return on the form; this will help us provide better service in the future.

REFUND
Refunds will be processed once the returned product meets our return policy conditions and reaches us. Depending on your bank, the refund may be credited to your card within 1-10 business days. We kindly ask you to consider your bank’s processing times for the completion of the refund process.
