At Isaora, we offer free shipping to the USA, Canada, Europe, the U.K. on orders of $150 or more. A shipping fee of $15 will be applied for orders below this amount.

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Once your order ships, look for a confirmation email with tracking information. You may be called by DHL to provide authorization for customs clearance. You will not be charged for any duties or fees. Please do not hesitate to assign DHL for customs clearance. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account.

If you have reason to believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact DHL to initiate a lost package investigation. Once the investigation is completed, please get in touch with our customer service team with the report.
